Moreover, with our ventilation system and COVID level HEPA furnace filters we are continually circulating and cleaning the air. So join us. The Hot studio is going to feel AWESOME!

In-person classes are limited to 14 attendees +1 instructor
Masks and social distancing are required at all times
7:00pm, weekend and 5:45am classes will be added to schedule.
Pre-registration is still required.
Livestream offerings will continue so take care while registering as some classes occur in both formats simultaneously
If a class is full, join the wait list. You'll be emailed and added to the class should a space open up – as it often does.
Cancel your registration if you cannot attend at least 2 hours before the class start or a $5 no show fee will be charged to you
