Yoga & PilateS
Sanctuary offers a variety of yoga and styles to challenge the body, calm the mind and nurture the spirit. Practices are held in our state-of-the-art Hot Room. Styles include mat pilates, human reformer pilates, hatha, fusion, fast paced hot power, vinyasa, restorative yin, and more! All levels of experience are welcome!
