What is it?

Sanctuary would host a private studio-wide event including 2-3 classes held simultaneously. Take over our lobby and let your attendees chill out and shop our Lululemon merchandise after class.  ANY Yoga or Pilates classes are options. Typically, groups opt for are:

1. Hot Yoga Power Option to make this a "glow in the dark"/ Yoga rave Max capacity =35-40

2. Vinyasa Flow This can held outdoors (Reaney Park is a block from the studio) - No max capacity OR held inside the studio max Max capacity = 20 depending on your preference and of course the weather.

3. Pilates Max 20 -22 (we supply all the props)

What else is included?

Use of all our studio rental mats. However, for large groups cannot guarantee to have a mat for everyone. So PLEASE encourage people to bring their own mats and/or beach towels which are great if you decide to have an outdoor class at the park.

 

How does it work?
To keep things simple, we suggest attendees pick their classes when they arrive at the studio. Please have them carpool to the studio and arrive 15 minutes early (so we can get them into studio rooms/park, get geared up etc).  Space in the classes will be "first come first serve" and they should be fully prepared/dressed for class when they walk in.

What is required?
We require all attendees to complete a "new student /studio waiver form" Things go smoothly when everyone completes them in advance -- (We will provide a PDF for the event organizer to and have them fill out ahead of time). 
 

If your group is not catering their smoothies, the attendees can buy their own snacks and beverages. Please ask them to order in advance, (during the 15 minutes before class starts) and we will have their orders waiting for them AFTER class.
