Free Class - 108 Sun Sal
Summer Solstice
June 20th​
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
108 rounds of Surya Namaskar is traditionally practiced in the yoga community to celebrate the change in seasons. The summer solstice is marked as a time to embrace the SUN and its life giving energy.
​
Sanctuary will guide you through 108 Sun Salutations infused with other asanas that will generate internal heat to help cleanse and detoxify the body of the old and welcome in the new.
​
The 108 practice will move energy through your body to experience a sense of surrender and upon completion feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and calmness.
​
Event will be held in the Reaney Park Gazebo area.

Summer Dance is here!

Summer dance has officially started! We have a wide variety of camps and classes in all sorts of styles and timeframes. If your 3-18 year old needs some extra fun and movement this summer, Sanctuary is the place to be! Register and view the schedule here.
Smoothie Bar Updates​
From May 5th to August 17th, our smoothie bar schedule and menu will be shifting to align with the community’s summer schedules.
Our menu will be limited to smoothies and bowls during this time.
Saturday: Open 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | Sunday: Open 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Monday - Friday: Closed
