The Sanctuary Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive course from a certified RYS
(Registered Yoga School).
The course includes in-person lectures, group practice, reading and self study. The Sanctuary team will lead sessions in their areas of expertise including Yoga History and the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Anatomy and Alignment, Fusion, Power, Vinyasa, Moon Salutations & Meditation, Business & Ethics of Yoga and much more.
In person course sessions are as follow. 8:00 am - 6:00pm
